In a highly competitive marketplace with many, often identical apartments being released at the same time, furnishing your property to a high standard with our original designs allows your investment to stand out from the crowd.

We truly believe and live the adage that ‘time is money’ prevails in the investment market. As a property investor it is in your best interest to have your property occupied at all times and as quickly as possible.

Once we have received your instructions to proceed, we will co-ordinate with the developer to access your property, usually 4 weeks prior to completion, this allows us to measure your property and design a scheme in order to maximise and compliment available space and assess what kind of furniture will best present the lifestyle choices for perspective tenants. It also means that we are fully prepared for the installation following legal completion. The same applies if you only require just window treatments and/or flooring.

It is important that we work within your budget, but also to meet the needs of prospective tenants. We recommend you take advice from your letting agent as to what the local market demands, we will of course be happy to discuss this with both you and your agent.

During installation each apartment will be cleaned, dressed and presented to a show-home standard. Keys will be forwarded to your letting agent or your chosen representative.

Following instruction you will be provided with your own unique password, so that you can check the progress of your installation from start to finish, through the ‘CLIENT LOGIN’ area. Once your installation is complete, you can download your inventory and images of the property, pre and post installation. (Often this is the only time our clients actually see the property they have purchased).
